We currently ship across India.
2. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499.
For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
3. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (business days) after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
4. Delivery Timeline
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Other locations: 4–7 business days
While we work with reliable courier partners, delivery timelines may occasionally vary due to external factors such as weather, logistics delays, or remote locations.

We partner with trusted courier and logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp (where applicable) so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
7. Delayed or Undeliverable Orders
In rare cases where delivery is not possible due to circumstances beyond our control (such as serviceability issues, natural disruptions, or courier limitations), we will notify you promptly.
If your order cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
8. Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Once an order is dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.
9. Failed Delivery / Return to Origin (RTO)
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, repeated non-availability, or refusal of delivery, the package may be returned to us.
In such cases:
- We can reship the order (additional shipping charges may apply), or
- Process a refund after deducting shipping and return charges (if applicable)
