Order Changes & Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it is quickly processed to maintain freshness and dispatch timelines.
Because of this, we’re unable to cancel orders after confirmation.
If you need help immediately after placing an order, you can still reach out to us and we’ll do our best to support you before dispatch.
Returns
As our products are consumable wellness blends, we do not accept returns once delivered.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery timeline, please contact us and we will coordinate with our delivery partner to resolve it quickly.
Resolution Time
Once approved, replacements or refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
